1. Who can use Omtavo

Omtavo is only for people aged 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the information you give is true. One Telegram account can have one Omtavo profile.

2. Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Use only your own photos and details, and do not pretend to be someone else.

3. Behaving well

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, insult or pressure other people;
• post nudity, sexual content, violence or hateful content;
• use the app for scams, asking for money, spam or advertising;
• share another person's private information or photos without permission;
• break the law or use the app to harm anyone.

We may remove content, limit features or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

4. Reporting and blocking

You can report a profile with the Report button. 'Unmatch & block' removes the match and you will not see that person again. Our team may review reported profiles and messages.

5. Staying safe

Omtavo does not check anyone's identity or background. Never send money. If you meet someone, choose a public place and tell a friend. If you feel unsafe, contact local emergency services.

6. What we collect

• Account: your username and password (the password is stored in protected form, we cannot read it) and your Telegram account ID, which stays private and is used only to allow one profile per Telegram account and to help you recover your account.
• Profile: name, date of birth, gender, who you want to meet, country, bio, interests and photo.
• Activity: likes, passes, matches, reports and messages.

Other users see your name, age (not your birth date), gender, country, bio, interests and photo. Messages are visible to you and the person you chat with. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted.

7. How we use it

We use your data only to run Omtavo: to show profiles, create matches, deliver messages, keep the service safe and respond to reports. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

8. Services we rely on

Omtavo uses Telegram, Supabase (database and storage) and Cloudflare (website hosting and a security check that tells humans from bots). Your data is stored with these providers, which may be located in other countries.

9. Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time in Profile > Settings > Delete account. This erases your profile, photo, likes, and the conversations you took part in. Some reports may be kept for safety. You can also ask us to correct or delete your data through support.

10. Changes and limits

We may update these terms and will keep the latest version here. Omtavo is provided as is, and we cannot guarantee it is always available or error free. We are not responsible for what users say or do.
